HPT SEMINAR
Lisbon, November 6-7, 2001

The first Online program for Human Performance Technology started with an on-site Seminar in Lisbon.

More than 35 participants attended to the session, conducted by Roger Kaufman (Megaplanning), Mariano Bernardez (e-Performance) and Artur Nunes (APMP HPT in Portugal).

Roger Kaufman made a special presentation titled "What we can learn from the September 11th tragedy", one of his more recent articles (see in New Articles in this Page)

Mariano Bernardez presented the new concepts about e-Performance that had a hands-on experience before, during and after the Seminar

Artur Nunes , president of ISPI Portugal (APMP), presented HPT experiences and cases in Portugal companies.

Before the local session, the participants started with asynchronous online activities in the HPT Online platforma, filling a Previous Survey and starting to build their own Home Pages and participate in Forums and Virtual Meetings.
